OmniMend Developer API

Turn a crash into a clearer next step.

Device diagnosis, built into your software.

Coming soon

We are building an API that turns permitted device evidence into likely causes, missing information, and useful next steps inside your product.

New accounts and API access are not open yet.

Illustrative example

Game closes during launch

“The game closes when I try to launch it.”

User report

Evidence collected

  • Application crash records
  • System events
  • Graphics driver details
From the user's device

More evidence needed

A crash code alone cannot identify the cause.

Suggested next step

Compare when the crash started with recent changes.

Built for your stack

SDKs for your environment.

Python, TypeScript and C# clients are in private testing, alongside our Windows connector.

A simple flow from your app to a clearer next step.

  1. 1

    Collect with consent

Request supported diagnostic data with clear context and local permission.

  2. 2

    Diagnose on the server

OmniMend interprets filtered evidence. Core prompts and orchestration stay on the server.

  3. 3

    Show the next step

Present findings, missing information and suggested checks inside your app.

Designed for a useful handoff

Built around real development needs.

Give your users something to act on after they report a problem.

Evidence references

Connect findings to the collected evidence so your app can explain what supports them.

Explicit uncertainty

When evidence is missing, the result can ask for more information. A diagnosis is not a guarantee.

Controlled access

Your backend holds API credentials. A short-lived device session limits locally permitted tools.

Frequently asked questions

Common questions

What to know before you build.

When will the API be available?

The Developer API is in private testing. We have not announced a public release date. Signup, API keys, SDK downloads and purchases remain closed.

What data can the connector collect?

The Windows preview has a fixed set of read-only tools for device details, drivers, system events and application crash records. Each collection requires the appropriate local permission. It does not provide arbitrary remote command execution.

Which languages and devices are supported?

The SDK preview includes Python, TypeScript and C#. The first local connector targets Windows. OmniMend's consumer apps support broader device workflows; those capabilities are not all part of this developer preview.

Do users control what runs on their device?

Yes. The connector checks local permissions before running a supported tool. Your software must explain the diagnostic request and obtain the user's consent.

Where does the diagnosis happen?

The local connector collects permitted evidence and filters sensitive fields before submission. Our server runs the AI diagnosis and returns structured findings. The SDK does not contain core system prompts or model-provider credentials. Developer-specific data terms will be available before public access opens.

Can it fix the crash automatically?

This preview focuses on diagnosis and suggested checks. It does not promise a root cause or perform automatic repairs. Your app decides how to present the findings to the user.

Can I try the API now?

Public integration is not open yet. Existing invited developer accounts can sign in to a separate workspace. An OmniMend consumer account does not grant developer access.
